Our story
Good ramen shouldn't have a curfew.
Menya Midnight started with a stubborn idea: the best bowl of the day shouldn't be limited to daylight hours. While the rest of the neighborhood closes up, we fire the pots at 5PM and keep them rolling till midnight.
The shop is deliberately small — a counter, a noren curtain, steam on the windows. No reservations, no apps, no theater. Just a bowl built the slow way and served the fast way, at the hour when you want it most: pork bones simmering for eighteen hours, noodles pulled to order, chashu sliced through the night.
Come hungry, leave past midnight. That's the whole business plan.
